The one-on-one Jumpstart program is an opportunity for new athletes to learn the fundamentals of crossfit who are looking for more of a private setting or who have limited availability. Athletes will graduate the Jumpstart program with a basic understanding of the CrossFit methodology including the fundamental movements, proper warm-ups and cool-downs, nutrition and mobility.

We offer different packages and pricing for your CrossFit needs.
Unlimited CrossFit – $125.00
College Students, Couples and First Responders pricing – $115.00 (unlimited-per person) * requires 6 month commitment*
Drop-in fee – $20
Please note we also offer personal training at additional rates.
Personal Training 1/2 Hour session: $45.00
Personal Training Hour Training: $75.00

*ALL MEMBERSHIPS REQUIRE CANCELLATION NOTICES OF 30 Days. We do not require any contracts however you are required to provide us advance notice via email to email@example.com prior to your billing date of the month if you want that month to be your last.
If you email us after that date, you will be charged for the following month, however, you will have access to the facilities through that period of time.
We are serious about what we do and coaching you, we ask that you be serious about your fitness.
**Admission of a child into our regular program will exclusively depend on that child’s capacity to grasp the fundamental movements safely and parent approval.
Members of out-of-town CrossFit affiliates are welcome to drop in to any of our normally scheduled group coaching sessions. The drop-in fee is $20 or we also accept a T-Shirt trade. First Responders – We appreciate your services so no charge for your first drop in.
