6:30 am and 6:00 pm

Specialty Classes
Endurance Training- Saturday 8:00 am
CrossFit Weightlifting- Sunday 10:00 am

Drop In Policy

Members of out-of-town CrossFit affiliates are welcome to drop in to any of our normally scheduled group coaching sessions. The drop-in fee is $20.
